Your 1FSIC Family
Jerry Sweet, President and CEO of 1FSIC is a Chickasaw native with over 30 years of experience in tribal child support and TANF programs. Before creating 1FSIC, Jerry developed the first child support program for the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma. Since 1997, over 60 tribes have adopted a child support program.
Jerry has helped most of these tribes either directly or indirectly receive the eligible funding to develop these programs. Now, after nearly 20 years since the founding of 1FSIC, we have broadened our scope of work to ensure every child and elderly member of our tribes receives the full benefit of the tribal programs mandated by Congress.
